Senior Customer Service Executive Required in Dubai
Purpose of the Job
Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction is delivered consistently while following company’s vision.
Job Accountabilities
Ensure proper reporting and tracking of the marketing funnel on lead generation campaigns – Walk-ins, TD, Booking and Sales on a daily basis.
Qualifying the leads by calling them and assigning them to the sales executive after updating in the CRM.
Assess the quality of the leads by taking feedback from the sales team and informing the Marketing lead to ensure proper quality leads are delivered.
Assist marketing to manage website information – Update, add information, etc.
Prepare data analysis for walk-ins for all showroom by taking daily sales report from the sales In charge and make sure the source, model interested, age group, nationality, test drive taken, is captured and update the list daily through a Sales Analysis Report.
Handle inflow of calls to the toll free/showroom and assign to SE’s by also maintaining a log of the same.
Conducts customer feedback surveys, analyze results and provide report.
Maintain test drive records for showroom walk-ins.
Works with sales team to ensure that post-sale customer contacts are made within 48 hours of delivery and that updated files are kept on all customers.
Prepares monthly reports on the status of customer satisfaction in the dealership.
Maintains a case history file of all customer complaints and problems, documented with customer's name, type of vehicle, date of contact, nature of problem, personnel involved and detailed description of resolution.
Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service via inbound/outbound calls, live chat, WhatsApp and/or emails.
Maintain records of media test drives and coordinate with influencers/media to arrange the same.
Assist in marketing jobs as delegated by the automotive marketing lead from time to time.
Qualifications & Education
Graduate in any discipline
Experience
Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience as customer service preferably in Automotive industry
