Senior Brand Designer Required in Dubai
We’re hiring a Senior Brand Designer with an e-commerce mindset—someone who can own high-quality brand-led design output across website, paid media, CRM, and retail touchpoints. You’re not an Art Director, but you’ll manage art-direction-level execution day-to-day: translate direction into consistent output, manage priorities, guide junior designers/production, and keep delivery fast and on-brand.
What you’ll own (core responsibilities)
Brand design across e-commerce touchpoints (primary)
· Design brand-consistent assets for website: homepage banners, category creatives, landing pages, PDP modules, icons, offer badges, and seasonal refreshes.
· Create campaign toolkits for e-commerce moments: sale communication systems, promo hierarchy, and reusable templates.
· Design paid media creatives (static-focused): Meta/Google display statics, carousels, and clear promotional layouts aligned to brand guidelines.
· Support CRM design: email headers/blocks, WhatsApp creatives, and campaign visual kits (static assets).
Execution leadership
· Own day-to-day creative workflow: brief → design → feedback → final delivery.
· Ensure brand consistency across all outputs (typography, layout systems, color, imagery rules).
· Manage priorities, timelines, and stakeholder feedback across multiple brands.
· Guide and review work from junior designers/production support (resizing, retouching, exports, adaptations).
· Build and maintain a design system: templates, grid rules, naming conventions, export standards, and versioning.
Production + quality control
· Ensure correct formats for web and marketing channels (responsive sizes, compression, legibility, accessibility basics).
· Maintain high standards for retouching/cropping, product presentation, and layout clarity.
Process & continuous improvement
· Create repeatable systems for campaign rollout (launch kits, asset matrices, variant planning).
· Use AI tools where helpful for ideation/cleanup/production speed—without compromising quality.
What we’re looking for (must-have)
· 6–8 years of experience as a designer with strong brand design fundamentals and e-commerce / retail exposure.
· Portfolio shows brand-led systems applied across web, campaign assets, and performance/static marketing outputs (not only logos).
· Strong typography, layout, hierarchy, and “sale communication” clarity.
· Able to manage multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and high-volume deliverables.
· Comfortable guiding junior designers and maintaining consistent output quality.
Tools (expected)
· Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (must)
· Figma (preferred for web assets / layout systems)
· Canva (optional for quick adaptations)
Nice to have
· Home décor / furniture / lifestyle retail experience
· Experience building brand systems that scale across ecomm + marketing
· Basic understanding of e-commerce best practices (PDP clarity, banner hierarchy, campaign rollout)
