Experience in dealing with government departments in Dubai. ((a must))
Ability to revise full set drawings and coordinate among all departments.
Ability to achieve upgrading of drawings efficiency and make it applicable with DM regulations in all departments.
Ability to update clients and give hints to them when required based on dm modifications, also to update all departments such as the tender department when major modifications happen.
Proven track record working with internal design teams and/or agencies to elevate the quality, creativity and deliverables developed. ((must ))
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
Min 3 years of experience as a Senior Architectural Designer in an engineering consultants office in Dubai. (( must ))
Required skills software (Revit, Navis Work, AutoCAD, Lumion, and Microsoft Office).
