Senior Accountant - Dubai

AlMansoori Specialized Engineering is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join their finance team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing detailed financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and contributing to the company’s financial efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review assigned financial records, statements, and reports for accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Analyze financial data to identify areas for improved accuracy, operational efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Inspect budgets and general ledger accounts to ensure correct fund allocation and expense categorization.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for federal, state, and internal audits, as well as other relevant authorities.
• Support corrective accounting entries and reconciliation processes when necessary.
• Recommend updates or enhancements to accounting systems and operational procedures.
• Contribute to the completion of annual financial reporting.
• Undertake additional finance-related duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills & Abilities:
• In-depth expertise in general and cost accounting practices.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
• Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel.
• Professional and clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
Education & Experience:
• B.Com with CA Inter qualification or M.Com degree required.
• Relevant senior-level accounting or finance experience preferred.
