Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and review financial reports (profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Track project costs and support budgeting processes
• Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and VAT compliance
• Manage payments, bank reconciliations, and receivables/payables
• Support financial forecasting and profit analysis for ongoing projects
• Collaborate with auditors, tax advisors, and banks
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws and real estate industry standards
• Work with project teams to monitor material and labor costs
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–5 years of accounting experience in the UAE (preferably in real estate or construction)
• Deep understanding of UAE tax laws and VAT requirements
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or ERP systems
• Strong Excel skills for reporting and financial modeling
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with management
