Job Position – Senior Accountant
• Are you an experienced accountant looking for your next opportunity?
• With 5-8 years of experience in the Interior Fit-Out industry to join team in DIP 1, Dubai.
• Location: DIP 1, Dubai
• Salary: AED 10,000 – AED 12,000
• Preferred Software: SAP
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and monthly closing reports
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and other tax laws
• Handle cost control and project accounting for fit-out projects
• Reconcile bank statements, invoices, and expense reports
• Assist in internal and external audits
• Monitor cash flow management and recommend financial efficiencies
• Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to track project costs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• ACCA / CA certification (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of UAE tax laws, VAT, and financial regulations
• Proficiency in SAP (preferred)
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
