Key Responsibilities:
• Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings
• Handle correspondence, emails, and office communication
• Maintain records, files, and office supplies
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official documents
• Provide administrative support to management and team members
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
