Clear Way Building Cleaning Services is a new external building cleaning company. We offer commercial and residential window cleaning to homes and businesses located in and around UAE.

Position Description
We are looking for an experienced Salesman to join our team on a commission-based role.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. The successful applicant should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to reach sales targets
• Generate leads and identifv new sales opportunities
• Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
• Provide excellent customer service
• Monitor competitors and market trends
• Prepare sales reports Requirements:
• Proven sales experience in a customer-facing role
• Knowledge of sales techniques and processes
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High degree of self-motivation
• Strong customer service orientation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to travel to meet with customers

Sales target 200/500 jobs per month. Sales are between 200/600AED
