What you’ll Do:
• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions to streamline operations and achieve project goals.
• Tailor the platform by creating objects, fields, workflows, automations, and more.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and third-party tools.
• Manage user access, security settings, and data health within the platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and provide ongoing support.
• Stay up-to-date on Salesforce advancements, best practices, and recommend platform improvements.
What we’re Looking For:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator & Platform Developer I) a plus.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer & Administrator with strong configuration, customization, and development skills.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
• Experience with Salesforce integration methods (REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce Connect, middleware).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration across all organizational levels.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, both independently and collaboratively.
