Sales Support Specialist Required in Dubai

SBGC is currently looking for a Sales Support Specialist to strengthen the Sales Department, based in Dubai and reporting to the Sales Manager.

Job Description:

Manage Sales Report data
Systematize Sales data
Coordinate with respective Sales Managers to have accurate data
Prepare monthly analysis of sales reports
Prepare periodic reports and analysis
Follow-up shipments and invoicing
Follow-up on registration processes
Administrative support to Sales Team
Maintain order forms
Local and distributors stock Management
Support for Business Development
Prepare Business Presentations
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint

5+ years of relevant experience, ideally from a Retail background

Strong analytical skills

Languages: Fluency in English, French is a plus

Excellent communication skills, Ability to prioritize and multi-task

SAP experience
