Sales Support - Dubai

Your Role

The Sales Support will provide administrative and partner facing support to the Sales Team. They will be responsible for helping the beOnd reach and exceed targets by providing a consistent and efficient administrative function.

You will:

Design remuneration policies for the main stakeholders based on performance following the company’s global commercial strategy.
Follow up the agreements being set up with the preferred partners, suggesting remedy policies when needed to the local sales force.
Analyze tendencies and keep the management and local sales force informed about main KPI’s.
Build engaging presentations and promotional material to be used by the sales force in the local markets.
In coordination with the Marketing area, organize participation in trade shows, road shows and various promotions in the different markets.

Your Profile:

Ideally, you have

A university degree in Management, Marketing, Economics, or equivalent experience/training.
Experience in designing agreements with customers and suppliers.
Proficency dealing with big amount of data and present accurate conclusions.
Experience in preparing engaging presentations for external stakeholders.
Experience in organizing events with stakeholders.
Self-motivation and focus on results with a proven ability to work in a team.
Proficiency in the use of MS Office software.
Fluency in English. Additional languages are a plus.
