Sales Support Executive Required in Dubai

Purpose of the Job:

To coordinate and assist in all technical matters and communications in tender and project sales from the inquiry stage to execution of order/commissioning.

Job Accountabilities:

Handles inquiries and telephone calls from contractors, consultants - for sales and follow-up; answers technical and pricing queries.
Coordinates between principal and customer on progress of orders and deliveries.
Dealing with existing customer requests, providing quotations, and information such as stock availability, delivery dates etc.
To aid with customer orders, account statuses and relevant issues.
Review pending orders and specify customer’s requests to ensure excellent customer experience.
Manage the company CRM database.
To handle the correspondence between the sales team and their clients.
Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information.
Perform all the activities in compliance with the Company’s QHSEMS and as per the assigned specific responsibilities.
Carries out any additional tasks assigned (in line with qualifications and ability) by the Sales Manager.

Qualifications & Education

Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering

AutoCAD

Experience

Minimum 2years of experience

Knowledge & Skills

Fluent in English; Arabic an advantage.

Strong computer skills, CRM/Salesforce experience preferred.
