Sales Specialist Required in Dubai

Studio Society is a creative production studio in Al Quoz offering studio rentals, production support, equipment rentals, and custom set builds for brands, photographers, and creators.

We are looking for a Sales & Client Coordinator who can help manage leads, communicate with clients, and keep studio bookings organized.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with creative industries while handling sales communication and day-to-day coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with inbound leads from Instagram, WhatsApp, and website inquiries

• Send outreach messages and cold DMs to potential clients

• Coordinate studio bookings and assist with scheduling

• Communicate with clients about services, pricing, and availability

• Assist with small administrative tasks related to bookings and studio operations

• Maintain basic lead tracking and client communication records

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English, Arabic is a plus.

• Comfortable using Instagram, WhatsApp, and email for business communication

• Organized and responsive with client follow-ups

• Interest in creative industries such as photography, fashion, and content production

• knowledge of sales or client coordination is a plus

• Having your own visa is a plus.
