Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role with Earth Scientific, a retail company located in Dubai. As a Retail Sales Specialist, you will provide exceptional customer service to clients, have excellent communication skills, and possess knowledge of the company's products and services. You'll work with a team of sales professionals to ensure customer satisfaction, assist in marketing and merchandising efforts, and help to maintain accurate inventory levels. Work from home opportunities are acceptable, but being located in Dubai is a must.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales or a customer service-oriented role
Excellent customer service and communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with others
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and organization
Flexibility and adaptability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proficient in computer applications and basic math skills
Ability to be located in Dubai
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field is preferred but not required
