Sales Specialist Required in Dubai
If you have a winning attitude and are highly motivated, ASPIRE Magazine has an exciting sales position selling integrated, branding, content, and advertising plans. This position is responsible for generating revenue through the sale of all our print media and digital advertising products.
A Strong Candidate would have the following Skills:
Keen ability to identify and present big picture concepts, yet pay attention to detail
Skilled in the consultative selling process, including pre-call discovery and setting appointments, completing a comprehensive needs analysis with potential clients, creating proposals, presenting and closing business
A wide degree of creativity and latitude to address client needs
Ability to use a CRM to track sales activity and revenue
Ability to organize, analyze and interpret statistical data to draw conclusions from findings
Ability to successfully execute the sales process whether working remotely or onsite
Reliable car transportation and a valid driver’s license required
A Preferred Candidate would carry the following Experience:
Strong clientele and agency contacts
Well networked
Proven ability to articulate the value of media to business decision makers with a strong track record in driving revenue growth through planning and target setting

Position responsibilities include:
Aggressively drive sales and generate new business through persistent focus on existing relationships and new client development through strategic sourcing
Maintain detailed records of each customer call on the CRM
Develop and maintain effective relationships with key decision-makers and potential clients.
Work to maximize sales and meet quotas in the short and long term
Travel to see clients, attend tradeshows, or participate in industry events
Compensation:
Salary will include a fixed component and incentives based on targets
