Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist – Freight Forwarding to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 10 years of experience in freight sales, a strong network in the logistics industry, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in freight forwarding (air, sea, and land).
• Identify potential business opportunities and generate leads through networking and cold calls.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Requirements:
• 6 to 10 years of sales experience in freight forwarding (preferably in the UAE).
• Strong understanding of logistics, shipping, and supply chain solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Proven ability to generate revenue and close deals.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• UAE driving license is MANDATORY.
• Abudhabi & Dubai experience respectively MANDATORY
