RISE Hospitality is growing, and we’re looking for a dynamic Sales & Reservations Agent to join our passionate team!

What You’ll Do:
• Handle guest inquiries and reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Convert inquiries into bookings through proactive selling techniques.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and update systems in real time.
• Assist with upselling services to maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Provide professional, prompt, and friendly service at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in reservations, sales, or front office within hospitality (1+ year preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Familiarity with reservation systems (e.g., Opera, PMS) is an advantage.
• A proactive attitude, with attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
• Location: Bluewater's Dubai, UAE
• Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
