Sales Representative Required in Dubai

Luxe Premium Holiday Homes are looking for an experienced Sales Executives with a minimum experience of one year in Dubai Real Estate. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing startup that offers premium short-term properties in Dubai. Our primary goal, as a company licensed by the Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce, is to maximize our client's return on investment by converting their properties into Holiday Homes for short-term rentals.

Responsibilities:

Calling existing online requests.
Generating leads by calling our existing databases
Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive lead generation
Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services
Continually meeting or exceeding daily and weekly targets
Meeting Clients
Property inspections and checklist as per DTCM Standards
Working Monday to Friday 9 to 6pm.

Requirements:

Proven experience working in the Dubai Real Estate industry.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
The ability to follow scripts.
Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
UAE driving license (Required)
Telesales experience: 1 year (Required)
