Sales Representative - Dubai
Agent Alliance is seeking motivated Remote Sales Representatives to connect virtually with clients who have expressed interest in supplemental benefits designed to protect their families beyond what their employers provide. The role requires representatives to consult with families, explain available options, and assist in selecting plans that best fit each client’s needs. Ideal candidates are excellent communicators, ambitious, self-driven, organized, entrepreneurial-minded, and collaborative team players.
Job Responsibilities:
• Reach out to individuals who have requested information about the benefits offered.
• Schedule and conduct Zoom meetings with prospective and existing clients.
• Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to meet clients’ current needs.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Perform benefit reviews for existing clients and assist with claims or necessary adjustments.
• Provide attentive customer service and administrative support in response to members’ needs.
• Address and resolve client questions and concerns regarding their benefits.
• Ensure all client documentation is accurate, complete, and updated on schedule.
