What You’ll Do:
• Develop and execute customer coverage plans with effective time management.
• Identify, acquire, and retain new customers in the assigned region.
• Build strong customer relationships and achieve business goals.
• Provide expert product knowledge and recommend suitable solutions.
• Conduct technical presentations and advise customers on product use.
• Negotiate and close sales while understanding competitor offerings.
• Manage after-sales support, CRM data, and workflow from inquiry to delivery.
• Resolve customer issues and report performance to drive improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• 3 - 5 years of experience in heavy equipment sales
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Passion for sales and customer success
• Fresh engineering graduates are also encouraged to apply!
