Sales Operations Manager Required in Dubai

Royal Logistic Group is a freight forwarding company headquartered in the Netherlands, with offices in Karachi, Pakistan and China, now expanding in the UAE. We offer ocean freight, air cargo, door delivery, DDP and cross-docking for shippers, importers and partner freight forwarders.

The role
We're looking for an all-round professional in Dubai to handle both business development and operations while our UAE business grows. Main focus is Dubai, second focus the other GCC countries. You report directly to the CEO.

Business development
• Win new shippers, importers and freight forwarders in Dubai and the GCC
• Build strong relationships and secure steady monthly volumes
• Prepare rate quotations and follow up to secure bookings
• Achieve nomination targets with overseas agents and partners
• Weekly report to the CEO on pipeline and results

Operations
• Place bookings with carriers (shipping lines) and send booking confirmations to customers and partners
• Follow up on space, allocation and equipment release with carriers
• Coordinate with local agents, truckers and warehouses
• Submit shipping instructions (SI) and
