Sales Operations Manager Required in Dubai

Sales & Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations in the sales department, you are expected to coordinate, develop and implement strategic sales target goals in partnership with key stakeholders, which satisfy the objectives of individual departments, as well as promoting overall organization goals.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the management in setting the company’s mission and vision.
Crafting tactics to achieve strategic objectives.
Design and create revenue generating activity.
Establish strategic communications with the external stake holders.
Implementing and executing the tactics, and evaluating and measuring performance.
Manage P&L (creates budgets and projections of spending, track purchasing, optimize spending, etc.)
Partner with, and provide critical feedback to, the Sales Operations team to continuously refine and improve ways to run the business.

Requirement:
a Bachelor's Degree in related field.
Additional Professional Certification (Optional).
Must be familiar with sales and operations planning tools such as Salesforce, CRM, BPR and Six Sigma.
Must be Tech savvy.

Skills:
You need to act as a function champion.
Leadership skills, self-motivated.
Strategic mindset.
Strong communications and people skills.
Joining a startup requires commitment, in term of long working hours, and be able to adjust to any kind of situation and resilient to stress.
Flexible role adjustments are expected.
Utilize big data analytics and presenting data-informed.
Deep knowledge of sales tools, especially Salesforce and CRM.
