Sales Manager Required in Dubai
ATHOOR is growing fast, and we’re looking for a bold, driven, results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our next phase of expansion across the UAE events, exhibitions and hospitality market.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead ATHOOR’s sales function across inbound, outbound, and key accounts
• Manage and mentor Business Development Managers / Sales Executives
• Drive aggressive revenue growth across UAE market
• Develop innovative B2B and B2C sales strategies
• Build strong pipeline across events, hospitality, exhibitions, and corporate sectors
• Identify and close high-value opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing on performance-driven lead generation
• Manage key accounts and strategic client relationships
• Introduce upsell and cross-sell strategies to maximize order value
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline forecasting, and KPIs
• Work closely with operations, design, and accounts for seamless execution
• Develop seasonal and campaign-based sales strategies
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)
• 6–10 years of UAE sales/business development experience (min.)
• Minimum 3 years in a sales manager/ leadership role
• Experience in events, exhibitions, hospitality, rentals, experiential, fit-out, or related sectors
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
• Strong UAE market network within events/hospitality ecosystem
• Experience managing sales teams, targets and performance KPIs
Requirements
• Experience handling inbound, outbound, and key accounts
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Hunter mindset with strong closing ability
• Experience with CRM & ERP systems (Zoho, Odoo, SAP, Salesforce or similar)
• Strong proposal, negotiation, and commercial skills
• Ability to build and execute innovative sales strategies
• Performance marketing collaboration experience (preferred)
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Valid UAE driving license required (own car preferred, but not mandatory)
• Willingness to travel across UAE for meetings and site visits
