Sales Manager Required in Dubai

The Solar Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of solar energy solutions, including rooftop solar systems, ground-mounted systems, and energy efficiency solutions. The role involves business development, client relationship management, team leadership, and achieving sales targets in line with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
Conduct site visits and client meetings to assess solar requirements.
Prepare and present customized solar proposals and financial models.
2. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.
Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
3. Market & Competitive Analysis

Monitor market trends, government regulations, and competitor activities.
Identify new growth opportunities within the renewable energy sector.
Provide market feedback to management for pricing and strategy decisions.
4. Team Management

Lead, mentor, and manage the solar sales team.
Set individual sales targets and KPIs.
Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching.
Conduct performance reviews and recommend incentives.
5. Coordination & Project Handover

Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure accurate documentation and contract compliance.
Support collections and payment follow-ups where required.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience, preferably in solar/renewable energy.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of solar PV systems and energy economics.
Experience in UAE/GCC market preferred.
