Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Director. The Sales Director will be responsible for the day-to-day sales operations, customer service, team management, and business development. The Sales Director will also be responsible for maintaining and building relationships with clients and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

Sales and Sales Operations experience
Customer service and team management skills
Business Development skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and maintaining client relationships
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
Knowledge of the real estate industry in the UAE
Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is a plus
