Sales Manager Required in Dubai
The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager for our Middle East region to engage with and acquire new customers. The role will be based in our Dubai office and focus on communicating our offering to clients, managing proposals and closing sales. The role will suit a professional, confident individual with a proven track record, and a strong network in the international drilling community.

Relevant experience working for a drilling service or oilfield equipment company is essential.

Responsibilities

Identify, engage and acquire new customers
Develop existing customer relationships
Call on and meet with customers on a day to day basis
Communicate company product and service offering effectively
Interpret customer requirements
Manage and fulfil customer enquiries and information requests
Manage follow up sales aspect of live projects
Manage provision of high quality tender proposals and quotations
Engage with technical and procurement colleagues as required
Own contract review process as required
Provide sales progress reports to directors
Support directors in delivery of wider business strategy
Acquire and develop strong product, company and industry knowledge
Participate in industry conferencing and marketing events
Other related duties as defend by management from time to time

Requirements

Proven track record in a sales role working for a drilling service or oilfield equipment company
Strong drilling industry network in the region
Sales and business development skills, with knowledge of the drilling equipment industry
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Experience in managing and maintaining client relationships
Comfortable regularly calling and meeting customers
Knowledge of company products and services advantageous
Degree qualification advantageous
Competent user of MS Office and other applications
