Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager located in Dubai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to increase revenue while managing the sales team. Additionally, the Sales Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and creating sales reports.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role
Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities, close sales deals and achieve targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in English
Strong analytical and organizational skills, and experience with sales forecasting and pipeline management
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
experience five years and above in furniture

Languages English and Arabic

Applications that must be experienced in
Microsoft office
Interior designer that has experience five years and above, and speaks English and Arabic
