Fluenta Solutions Ltd. (DMCC Branch) has an opportunity for a MENA Sales Manager to support our growing business.

About you

An experienced sales professional with a background in the oil and gas industry,
Possess a proven track record in creating demand and developing the market across North Africa through both direct and reseller channels,
Willing to undertake travel across the whole region (up to 50%),
Have an engineering background (Electrical / Mechanical / Process / Environmental),
Have excellent organisational and administrative skills,
Have excellent computer skills. MS Office is essential, and experience using a CRM (Salesforce),
Have good communication and customer service skills – a high standard of spoken and written English is essential,
Can speak French/Arabic or another local language (highly desirable).

About the Role

Recent success and growth have led to the creation of this new role,
Reporting to the MEA sales director, the successful candidate will focus on developing the markets across North Africa, as well as sales to some established markets in the Middle East,
Identify new sales channels in target countries: EPCs, resellers, and end users,
Hit targets for market development and incremental sales improvements,
Undertake the review of incoming RFIs / RFQs / RFPs and identify technical solutions required to address customer specifications,
Prepare product quotations and provide technical bid clarifications,
Other duties which may be defined from time to time,
Full-time role, office based,
Location: JLT, Dubai
