The ideal candidate will have proven success in the Dubai real estate industry in a corporate environment leading mid to large teams of Property Consultants to motivate their team and provide excellent support in closing deals.
Responsibilities:
Leading a team of 35-40 property consultants
Motivate and provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and objectives
Coordinate weekly sales meetings to track goals and follow-up with the team; arrange one-to-one meetings with the consultants ensuring they are motivated and close deals to achieve targets
Support consultants to negotiate deals assisting with legal advice, NOC process and Transfer at DLD; assisting consultants who require guidance with client meetings and communication
Solve client issues and queries, as necessary
Promote and maintain a corporate culture that promotes team work, loyalty and transparency
Develop team marketing strategy in coordination with the marketing team to promote future business opportunities
Assist with lead generation and identify business development opportunities in team zone such as participation in community events, open houses, etc.
Effective management of leads and listings
Maintain relationship with clients and continue to develop and grow the network
Maintain up to date knowledge of real estate industry; attend industry meetings, project launches, conferences to expand industry knowledge and develop professional networks
Experience:
Experience in directly leading a team of 20+ Property Consultants
Proven success in achieving real estate sales and targets
Excellent regional knowledge
Tech Savvy with proficiency in real estate portals and software
Excellent intercultural and social competences
