Sales Manager Required in Dubai

Royal Class is looking for a highly motivated and passionate Sales Manager with Real Estate experience, to assist in managing and motivating the sales team for performance.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks
Assists management with new team member field training
Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance
Communicates deadlines and sales goals to team members
Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals
Analyze the market and find new opportunities for the company’s growth
Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations
Any other job responsibility as allocated by the CEO of the company
JOB REQUIREMENT:

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Real Estate sales, with a brokerage firm in Dubai
Must have experience of Off plan, Secondary market and rental/leasing in Dubai real estate industry
Leadership Skills & Experience
Product Knowledge and Industry Experience
Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Qualifications:

Any graduate
1-year minimum experience in Team management
