Main goals:
Represent Farcana products and services
Advice and assistance in coordinating clients
Work and development of trusting relationships with a portfolio of VIP clients
Expanding relationships with existing customers by taking into account communication, ensuring their presence
Building processes and maintaining customer acquisition systems, formulating management rules and tracking customer registration
Analyze user behavior, search for hidden requests, generate customer acquisition analysis reports, and communicate with mass departments to provide optimal acquisition solutions. identify customer pains, reasons for refusals
Initiate expansion and upsell of products and services, and identify opportunities to improve Farcana's effectiveness with customers.
Collect data about client campaigns and analyze the effectiveness.
