Sales Manager - Dubai

We are looking for Dubai based Sales Manager with 5 - 7 years Experience in trading in International Market for a Petrochemical & Fertilizers trading company with office premises at DAFZA.

QUALIFICATION
1. Chemical Engineer or Science Graduate
2. 5 - 7 years experience in trading in International market.

Main Duties:
1. To identify and develop long term relationships with the clients with emphasis on increasing sales, maximizing growth and revenue targets and expanding long term relationships in order to meet company business plan.
2. To continuously gather and provide market intelligence to the management regarding the trends and the competition in the market for timely decision making.
3. Implement, control and monitor the Sales Plan and Budget relating to the assigned area of responsibility and ensure to achieve or exceed annual sales targets / revenue objectives of the company.
4. Negotiate with clients in terms payment terms, Logistics, supply chain etc., for company offerings and ensure to get the best deal for the company.
5. Analyse client’s performance on a periodic basis and evaluate business drivers to identify future sales opportunities and areas of improvement.
