• Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to maintain our competitive edge
• Generate high-value real estate transactions and provide expertise in client portfolio management throughout the sales process.
What We're Looking For:
• Proven 1 year experience as a successful sales manager in the Dubai real estate market.
• Strong leadership abilities with a passion for inspiring and guiding teams.
• Posses an established personal and professional network of contacts
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Deep knowledge of the primary and secondary real estate markets in Dubai.
• Valid UAE driving license and familiarity with local market dynamics.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English, added languages is an advantage.
