GoStride Ventures is a Dubai-based venture group working across consulting, growth marketing, technology and global trade. Through Gostride Accounting Services, we provide bookkeeping, VAT, corporate tax and accounting support to UAE small and medium businesses, including trading companies, restaurants, retail, e-commerce and professional services firms.
About the RoleWe are looking for a Sales Executive with proven experience in selling services to businesses. You will find and win new clients, guide them from first conversation to signed agreement, and build lasting relationships with business owners and decision makers.
This is a hands-on, target-driven role for someone who has closed deals before and enjoys speaking with business owners every day.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, networking and referrals.
Present our accounting, bookkeeping, VAT and corporate tax services clearly to prospects.
Understand client needs and recommend the right service package.
Prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate terms and close deals.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and record all follow-ups in our CRM.
Work with the accounting team for a smooth handover of new clients.
Identify repeat business and referral opportunities from existing clients.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements
1 to 3 years of sales experience, ideally in B2B, services, accounting, consulting or a similar field.
A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills in English. Arabic, Hindi, Urdu or Malayalam is an advantage.
Confidence in cold calling, handling objections and following up with leads.
Good understanding of the UAE SME market.
Basic knowledge of UAE VAT and corporate tax is an advantage, but we will train the right person.
Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, Excel or Google Sheets, and a CRM.
Self-motivated, organised and able to work both independently and in a team.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

What We Offer
Basic Salary AED 3000 to AED 4000 plus high incentives.
Performance-based commission on sales closed.
Full-time position, Monday to Saturday.
Training on our services, including UAE VAT and corporate tax.
