Sales Executive Required in Dubai

We are hiring for Bison Rubber, a leading supplier and installer of premium rubber products and flooring solutions in the UAE. Known for its commitment to innovation, sustainability, and quality, Bison Rubber serves a diverse range of clients in commercial, industrial, and residential sectors, including educational institutions, healthcare facilities, fitness centers, airports, parks, and more.

With a rapidly growing client base and expanding project portfolio, we’re looking for a field-savvy Sales Executive to take charge of building new relationships, closing deals, and growing the Bison Rubber brand in the construction space.

Responsibilities

Generate leads and follow up with the inquiries

Visit construction sites, present catalogues, and close B2B deals

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

Build strong client relationships and ensure repeat business

Coordinate with the operations/logistics team to ensure timely deliveries

Track market trends and competitors

Manage payment collections and resolve client queries

Desired Profile

✅ 1–2 years of field sales experience in construction, flooring, or building materials

✅ Familiarity with Dubai’s construction market and sales routes

✅ Fluent in English (Knowing Arabic is a huge Plus)

✅ Must have a UAE Driving License

✅ Proficient in using CRM or Excel for client tracking and reporting
