Job Description:

As a Sales Executive at Aspire Brand Marketing, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing new sales opportunities and converting them into successful, long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identifying, prospecting, and securing business opportunities to generate new sales and grow revenue.
Conducting sales calls and outreach programs to boost sales pipeline.
Developing a strong understanding of client needs and objectives, proposing the most suitable digital marketing solutions that will drive their success.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations whenever possible.
Collaborating with the marketing and account management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Keeping up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and competitive landscape to stay ahead in the market.
Accurately forecasting and reporting on sales activities to the management team.

Qualifications:

Must be based in the UAE.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated and target driven, with excellent negotiation skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of CRM software and digital marketing tools.

Note: This position starts off as commission only, after 60 days a performance review will be done where a full time salary will be negotiated.
