Role Description

This is a full-time, onsite role for a Sales Executive in Dubai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for all aspects of the sales cycle, including identifying leads for Fit-out and renovation Projects, prospecting new clients, and closing deals. As a Sales Executive, you will develop strong relationships with key decision-makers, understand customers’ requirements, coordinate with the project management team, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Requirements

Ability to achieve a yearly sales target.
Have a driver's license and own a vehicle.
Previous Sales Experience in the construction field in Dubai.

Compensation

A Basic Salary + Commission up to 3 of the Project's Overall Value.

Qualifications

Sales and Business Development skills, with a proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets
Proven experience in lead generation and prospecting
Excellent communication, networking, and negotiating skills
An ability to build relationships quickly and effectively
Aptitude in identifying opportunities and pursuing them
Oriented towards time management and goal achievement
Experience in construction or related industries is an added advantage
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
