Location: This position is based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Actively present and sell the Company's safety products and solutions to both new and existing accounts.
Ensure timely communication and customer satisfaction for assigned accounts.
Understand each customer’s business and technical needs, proactively anticipating requirements for products and solutions.
Build and strengthen relationships within purchase, maintenance, and operations departments at assigned accounts.
Identify key opportunities and threats relating to products, markets, and competitors.
Collaborate with the Logistics department to manage customer orders, deliveries, and returns efficiently.
Work with the Finance department to manage customer receivables and ensure timely collection.
Prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports on customer visits, significant quotations, and sales activities.
Achieve allocated sales targets for assigned accounts and new business opportunities.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field from a reputable academic institution.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales of Safety Products in the UAE or GCC region.
Strong capability in building and sustaining customer relationships through effective communication.
Valid UAE / GCC driving license.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
