We are looking for a talented and passionate Sales Executive to join our team in our kids brand Petit Batea in Yas Mall. The sales executive is responsible for representing the company and promoting the company’s product portfolio by executing the company’s sales strategy and maintain customer satisfaction levels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs to exceed customer’s expectations.
Responsible for customer assistance, cash register operation, sales / monetary transactions, opening / closing procedures.
Maintain positive customer and employee relations; respect co-workers, handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution, in case complain not sorted, report it immediately to line manager
Assist with inventory, inbounding, out bonding, pricing, display, merchandising and placement of stock on sales floor, stock rotation and mark-downs to ensure sales targets are achieved
Assist with tidying up or arranging merchandise and housekeeping tasks to ensure neat, clean, and safe working environment.
Use proper handling techniques and equipment to ensure safe handling of merchandise
Follow store policies and procedures as well as general company policies.
Be aware of possible damage, theft or potential safety hazards, reporting observations immediately to line manager

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field OR Equivalent Experience.
Minimum of 2 years experience at kids brands.
Expertise in Market place (Kids Brand) is preferable.
Arabic & English communication skills is a must
Excellent Interpersonal Skills
The candidate should be presentable, ambitious, active and Flexible
