At GulfHR, an organization dedicated to advancing the HR services industry & the space of information technology and Data science, we are looking for a Sales Executive to be a key part of our dynamic team. The Sales Executive will carry out our sales initiatives to increase our revenue base and grow our brand among the target market.

Objectives of this Role

• Builds business by pursuing new sales prospects.

• Negotiating deals and maintaining relationships with clients.

• Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation while doing the sales pitch.

Roles & Responsibility

• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the

industry.

• Learn details about our products and services.

• Maintaining an active sales pipeline by actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

• Investigate leads and find out about them as much as possible before contacting them.

• Preparing sales proposals and negotiating/closing deals with clients.

• Aptitude in preparing and delivering attractive sales presentations by understanding prospects'

needs, problems, and requirements.

• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales data.

• Analyzing potential partner relationships for increasing product growth and sales.

• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.

• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams

Skills Required

•Master’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field

•Proven work experience of 2-5 years in B2B Tech product sales.

• Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.

• Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills.

• Proficiency in English. Arabic speaking is an advantage.

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

• Fast learner and passion for sales.
