HEDES group the biggest premium LIGHTING showroom in the world based in Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road searches for experienced and professional SALES TEAM. The ideal candidate should have experience in interior design field and have worked in villa, mansion and penthouse projects.

Responsibilities

Advise and assist clients to find their perfect solution
Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
Work closely with clients to decide which product will work best to meet all their needs
Handle returns of merchandise
Have deep knowledge and enthusiasm for the company's products
“Go the extra mile” to drive sales
To ensure maximum customer satisfaction by handling complaints quickly and efficiently.
To possess the ability to think quickly to provide creative solutions to issues.

Qualifications

6+ years of professional sales experience
Bachelors degrees in sales related fields
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of LED lighting products and chandeliers
Familiar with interior design field
