MMSteelClub is looking for full-time talents who are enthusiastic about sales of international events to help the team in achieving better business opportunities for the ongoing physical events internationally (Social and corporate)

We are currently looking for motivated and talented Event Sales/ managers/Producers/ Event promoters with great communication skills specializing in the coordinating, sales of events internationally, to join newly and fast-growing team in Dubai office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

As part of sales executive and/or a call center representative, you would join the international sales team that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidates will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving issues, complaints and sales inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Responsibilities

Manage large amounts of inbound inquiries and a good number of outbound sales calls in a timely manner and daily
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives, sales
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way

Requirements and skills

Previous experience in a sales or customer support role is mandatory
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Degree in communications or relationship management is an asset
