UCIG Energy is seeking to hire a highly experienced candidate for the full-time position of Sales Executive for its office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should possess comprehensive knowledge and experience in the aviation fuel and flight support industry. The ideal candidate should be based within the United Arab Emirates.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

· Conduct sales related to aviation fuel and flight support services.

· Dealing with unforeseen circumstances in a legal, safe, and cost-effective manner.

· Coordinating all technical and operations factors (fuel requirements, handling requirements, airport facilities).

· Maintaining up-to-date fuel/handling prices and requesting such prices from the suppliers.

· Communicating with fuel/handling suppliers effectively and in a timely manner.

· Process, review, log, copy, maintain, distribute, and file various Operations documentation.

· Working overtime on an as-needed basis.

· Responsible for transparent communication with other members of the operations and sales department.

· Meeting mission-critical project deadlines.

· Managing all fuel supplier relationships, track fuel pricing status, monitor local, and regional market requirements.

· Maintain client relationships and provide ongoing customer services.

· Maintain customer retention and onboard new customers.

· Acknowledging client/supplier e-mails in a good timely manner.

· Provides an expert level of support and consultation to customers/clients.

· Ensuring the necessary fuel/handling requests are coordinated and confirmed in a timely manner by specific departments.

· Assisting with fuel quotes and/or arrangements after normal business hours.

· Meet the sales KPI and targets

REQUIREMENTS:

· Minimum 5 years of experience with aviation fuel/ground handling sales

· Fluent in English

· Advanced computer skills (MS Office, CRM software)

· High-level proven experience in the aviation fuel and flight support industry – Sales only.

· Comprehensive knowledge of flight operational requirements and procedures

· Familiar with the aviation industry

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel

· Excellent organizational skills

· Strong analytical skills

· Flexibility to work overtime or adjust the schedule on short notice, as required

· Must be proactive, use individual initiative, follow assignments through to completion, and be attentive to detail and deadlines

· Ability to perform multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
