Sales Executive – Medical Devices - Dubai

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our medical devices team in Dubai. This is a field sales role that requires a valid UAE driving license and focuses on promoting our product range to hospitals, clinics and other healthcare facilities.
• Promote and sell medical devices to hospitals, clinics and healthcare professionals through regular visits and relationship-building.
• Develop and execute targeted sales activities to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with procurement officers, clinicians and clinic administrators.
• Identify new business opportunities, follow up on leads, and convert prospects into customers.
• Provide product demonstrations, explain clinical/technical benefits, and coordinate with internal teams for after-sales support.
• Keep accurate records of calls, visits and orders; prepare routine sales reports and forecasts.
• Travel across Dubai (and nearby emirates as required) to service accounts and attend meetings.
Requirements:
• Previous sales experience in the medical or healthcare sector is preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Professional approach and ability to maintain customer-focused relationships.
