Plan3 Media, with over a decade of experience delivering high-impact events across the region, is looking for a seasoned Sales Executive – Corporate Client Acquisition to join our Dubai team. We run full-service events supported by in-house AV and fabrication capabilities and a dedicated creative & operations team — your role will be to turn market opportunities into long-term client partnerships.
About the Role:
• Proactively identify and onboard new corporate clients for our events services.
• Build tailored proposals and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract close.
• Collaborate closely with creative and operations teams to shape commercially viable event solutions.
• Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline visibility to support forecasting and strategy.
• Hit agreed revenue targets and contribute to the agency’s growth objectives.
Key Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the UAE market.
• An established network of corporate clients and decision-makers across the region.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Clear understanding of corporate event needs and procurement/commercial processes.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
