Description:
Dubai Marine Beach Resort & Spa is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join its exceptional team at one of Dubai’s leading 5-star resorts. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional passionate about hospitality, sales, and guest satisfaction. You’ll play a vital role in driving revenue and representing the resort’s luxury brand in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell hotel rooms and related services to achieve sales targets.
• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Communicate effectively with prospects through phone, email, and social media.
• Assist in preparing business proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and sales records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing department on promotional campaigns and events.
• Monitor sales performance, competitor activities, and market trends to identify new opportunities.
• Participate in meetings, sales events, and customer engagement activities.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the UAE, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and achieve targets.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
• Must currently reside in Dubai with valid UAE experience.
