We’re Hiring – Sales Executive (UAE Market)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Sales Executive with an established network in the UAE to join a growing logistics team. This role is ideal for a results-driven salesperson who can both generate new business and manage relationships with corporate clients in the shipping and logistics sector.
Key Responsibilities:
▪ Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities across the UAE market.
▪ Leverage existing client relationships and build new contacts to expand the company’s customer base.
▪ Present service offerings, prepare commercial proposals, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
▪ Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client communications.
▪ Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
▪ Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to growth strategies.
Requirements:
▪ Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the UAE (local market knowledge essential).
▪ Proven network of clients or strong market connections within the UAE business community.
▪ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
▪ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
▪ Professional approach to client relationship management and follow-through.
