We’re scaling our commercial operations and seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to become the engine behind sales execution and client satisfaction.

Role & Responsibilities

Process and track sales orders from quote to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across ERP, email, and CRM systems.
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to align shipment schedules, documentation, and invoicing with client deadlines.
Prepare commercial documents (Proforma Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin) and ensure compliance with UAE customs and regional trade regulations.
Act as primary point of contact for client inquiries—providing order status updates, resolving discrepancies, and escalating issues to sales managers.
Monitor sales pipeline progress, update CRM records daily, and generate weekly sales activity reports for management review.
Support the sales team with proposals, presentations, and competitive pricing sheets for key accounts and tenders.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

Microsoft Excel
CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
Commercial documentation (Proforma Invoice, COO, Packing List)
UAE customs procedures
