About the role

The ideal candidate will be the point of contact for Sales Team, vendors and central Purchase team.
Responsibilities

Supporting the sales team in attaining sales targets.
Coordinate and communicating with sales team for status of order and position of sales.
Preparing monthly, weekly or daily sales analysis.
Preparing proposals, quotations, agreements, sales reports, and presentations.
Updating the status of sales order in the database or computer.
Monitoring the trends and evaluating the performance assessed against monthly sales goals.
Ensure that all invoices are delivered to the respective Sales Executive in coordination with Accounts and make certain that payments are received.
Responsible for ensuring proper signatures and file management of executed contracts.
Preparing of LPO’s and follow ups to ensure that the LPO’s are received on time and sent to the dealers.
Tallying customer PO details with salesmen quotations
Coordinate with the dealers for vehicle quotes and ensure a good communication to receive the vehicles on time without delays.
Coordinate with Central Purchase team.
Coordinate with operations team with timely data of vehicle delivery and customer requirements.

About you

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3 years' experience in sales related role
Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft (advance level)
