Sales Coordinator Required in Dubai

The Sales Coordinator at Sparrow International plays a central role in providing a prompt and efficient administrative support to the sales team and internal stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer service in clients’ interactions and follow-ups.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses a strong work ethics, sound interpersonal and written / verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft office applications suite and in managing databases, a friendly and positive attitude towards colleagues and higher-ups.
5 years’ experience in a similar role is required and a previous exposure to the coffee business / horeca industry background is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
processes and encodes daily customers’ orders into the company’s ERP system, ensuring accuracy of price / item description and availability;
serves as a point of contact with company’s warehouse / finance team personnel, informing the concerned sales executive and clients of any discrepancy in price / out-of-stock products and suggesting alternative / available options;
follows up with company’s clients on the status of submitted quotations and prepares weekly reports as required from management;
updates company’s customer master file into the crm system with client’s up-to-date contact persons’ details;
assists the sales team and finance department in following-up on clients’ overdue payments for reconciliation;
submits weekly/monthly reports of nearly expired products and informs the sales team accordingly;
escalates any customer’s complaint / concern to the management for a prompt resolution;
disseminates incoming customers’ product enquries to the sales manager for allocation to the sales team;
prospects and identifies new potential customers by email / phone calls;
performs other duties as required which are reasonably within the scope of this role
